The Cecil Commerce Center Parkway was opened to traffic on October 1, 2009, from Interstate 10 to Normandy Boulevard.

This photo shows the proposed layout of Toll-23 from a bird's eye view from North of Argyle Forest Boulevard to Blanding Boulevard. This is project 3 of the Toll-23 and is scheduled to receive bids in February 2013. Design should begin in the spring of 2013 and construction could begin in winter 2014.

Project 1 Aerial Overlays of the Frontage Roads

This photo shows the proposed layout of the frontage roads from a bird's eye view from Oakleaf Plantation Parkway to Old Jennings Road. This is project 1 of the Toll-23, however, the frontage roads will not be tolled. The project is scheduled to receive bids in June 2012. Construction should begin in fall of 2012.
